Video Games: The Movie

1. I think some reasons why video games are so successful is how the game makes the player feel very immersed into the game. I think what makes a game popular is how the story is constructed, how many people would want the game before it comes out. And how long it would last you when you play it.

2. Some reasons the video game industry crashed in the 1980's  was because they thought that they were invincible and because of that they thought that they could release anything they want and people would buy it and possibly because games were released when they weren't one hundred percent complete.

3. I don't think that video games are not a work of art. I think that it is a form of entertainment because of how a story makes a player feel like they are in the game, but I also think that some parts of a video game are very artistic. For example, how the things around you are modelled like trees, people, the sky, grass, etc.

4. I think that the next generation of gaming would be virtual reality but the things that the video game industry would have to deal with is how you are going to be tracked buy your computer or console and how other people with virtual reality would see you.
